Join members of Washington National Opera’s prestigious Domingo-Cafritz Young Artist Program as they present an intimate evening of song and operatic favorites, including the delightful Liebeslieder Waltzes by Johannes Brahms. The evening will be an exciting window into one of the country’s premiere operatic training programs, featuring some of the nation’s finest young singers, poised on the verge of international careers. With introductions and commentary from Program Director Robert Ainsley, learn more about Washington National Opera, and the journey these artists make on their way to performing on the world’s most impressive stages. Other TV credits include LAW & ORDER SVU, DAMAGES, UNFORGETTABLE, LAW & ORDER, THE BEAT, WONDERLAND and various Soap Operas.
Based on a classic game where YOU are the detective, this new original comic farce gathers a group of colorful suspects at the scene of the crime to be. As the evening unfolds in an homage to the great American detective movies of the past, dark secrets are divulged, motives are revealed, red herrings are abound, and the body count rises as the hilarious action spirals into a climactic whodunit determined by you, the audience playing the 4D game, resulting in a different surprise ending every night. Join us March 23rd-25th, 2018 at the Havre de Grace Opera House for a playfully dark twist on a favorite fairy tale. In this original production, the Pierces, a wealthy family of vampires, are throwing a ball to find a wife for their son, Rory. Cinderella Glass, a young witch with fire-starting powers, is chosen to crash the party and bring the Pierces down. She's got until midnight to win Rory's heart…and then run it through with a wooden stake!
