Calling all Scot-o-philes! Curious about Robert Burns, Scotland’s beloved national poet? Robert F. Lackey explores Robert Burns the man, the poet, and why he matters so much, even today, to Scots and people worldwide. A fun and wide-ranging talk.
Also, in this program, a film presentation of “To the Haggis”, and Burns’ poems set to music, including a sing-along with The Esme Trio.

A native of Havre de Grace, Robert is the author of The Pulaski Saga, a novel series set along the canals near Havre de Grace from the mid to latter 19th century. We are honored to have him share his love of history and all things Scottish.
