Dan Hasty presents: “Moonlight and Magnolias” play by Ron Hutchinson

Saturday, April 4 at 7pm
Sunday, April 5 at 2pm

The setting is 1939 Hollywood. What a time, right? The famous producer David O. Selznick has stopped production of his new film , “Gone With The Wind”. Why do you ask ? The screenplay does not work. Selznick has one last hope to pull off one of the greatest pictures ever made. He sends a car for the talented screenwriter Ben Hecht and pulls legendary director Victor Fleming off the set from his film, “The Wizard Of Oz”. Selznick then locks the door to his office and on a very strict diet of bananas and peanuts, the three men strenuously work for only five days to develop a screenplay that will end up becoming one of the most loved films of all time.

A portion of proceeds to go to Fractured Atlas and St. Jude Children’s Hospital.
